Terms and Conditions

Do You Deliver?

  • Yes! We sure do. We proudly service the entire DMV area (DC, Maryland & Virginia) for additional fee and we’re always open to traveling beyond that for special events!


How Far Do You Travel?

  • Oh we can definitely travel to you! Pretty far for a good celebration. While we primarily serve the DMV area, we love to travel wherever your event takes us!


Please note:

  • Orders outside a 30-mile radius from our studio in Burtonsville, MD (Fly High Balloons – FHB) require a $1,000 minimum order before delivery and installation fees.


Is There a Delivery & Installation Fee? Yes — here’s how it works:

Installation Fee (Service Charge*)

  • A 20% installation fee is added to your subtotal.

(This is separate from delivery and ensures your setup is styled and installed professionally with love).


Delivery Fee

  • Delivery is calculated at $4 per mile on the distance from Fly High Balloons (4224 Dunwood Terrace, Burtonsville, MD) to your event location.
  • There is a minimum $25 delivery fee regardless of distance.


Pickup / Removal Service (Rental Items)

  • For your convenience, we offer professional pickup and teardown services for rental items.
  • Pickup fees include travel time, labor, and safe removal of installations.


Important Notes

  • Pick-up service must be scheduled in advance (a minimum of 48hrs in advance, if you need something immediately, please contact us directly beforehand.
  • Fees are based on the number of installed items and location.
  • Additional charges may apply for large-scale setups or extended distances.


Do You Offer Pick-Up Options?

  • Yes we do!
  • Pick-up is available from our location in Burtonsville, MD.


To keep everything safe and secure:

  • SUVs are strongly preferred
  • No trucks (balloons will not fit safely in truck beds)
  • Please clear your trunk area before arrival. (remove seats, boxes, tools, sports gear, luggage, etc.)
  • Back seats should be folded down for easy loading

Return and Refund Policy & More

Product & Service Promise

At Fly High Balloons (“FHB”), we put love and care into every design we create. Because balloons are delicate and temporary by nature, we cannot guarantee how long they will last once they are picked up, delivered, or installed.

We use high-quality professional balloons, but factors like weather, heat, sunlight, wind, rain, or handling outside of our control may affect their lifespan.

Every setup is unique, and sometimes small adjustments may be made on-site to ensure your design looks its absolute best for your special moment.


Deposit & Payment Policy

To reserve your date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.

This deposit secures your booking and is applied toward your total balance.

Your final payment is due 1 week before your event date.

If final payment is not received on time, your booking will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change!

All payments are non-refundable. However, in the event of cancellation, we’re happy to offer a credit on your account that can be used toward a future Fly High Balloons event (based on availability).
