Product & Service Promise
At Fly High Balloons (“FHB”), we put love and care into every design we create. Because balloons are delicate and temporary by nature, we cannot guarantee how long they will last once they are picked up, delivered, or installed.
We use high-quality professional balloons, but factors like weather, heat, sunlight, wind, rain, or handling outside of our control may affect their lifespan.
Every setup is unique, and sometimes small adjustments may be made on-site to ensure your design looks its absolute best for your special moment.
Deposit & Payment Policy
To reserve your date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.
This deposit secures your booking and is applied toward your total balance.
Your final payment is due 1 week before your event date.
If final payment is not received on time, your booking will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change!
All payments are non-refundable. However, in the event of cancellation, we’re happy to offer a credit on your account that can be used toward a future Fly High Balloons event (based on availability).
